Mel is literally the best. You WILL NOT find better. I promise! We had the once in a lifetime opportunity to have her as our au pair then our nanny. She was with us for 3+ years. If she didn’t move to another country, I would still have her with my kids! She was, is, and always will be family!

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
